Petitions

Join forces with the SPCA in giving a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves! Print the following petitions and circulate them amongst everyone you know; the louder we speak on behalf of our animals, the more they will be heard.

Petition A

Help us stop the abuse of animals in puppy mills
We ask the Quebec National Assembly to adopt a resolution mandating the SPCA and its affiliates with full power to apply the "Animal Health Protection Act" (P-42) and to obtain from the government and its firm commitment that it will create standards designed to protect the public and the animals.
